We deal with a number of clients that require priority responses and we manage this through our job management and scheduling in the head office. We’re able to track our Tradesmen’s locations at any time of the day, to be able to send you the Tradesmen’s within the closest proximity to you, in the event of a priority job and set due dates for tasks to ensure your renovations stay on track

We understand life gets busy, to assist, we’ve adopted a policy where we phone clients 10 minutes prior to arrival to ensure they are still expecting us, and give them the opportunity to reschedule if unexpected plans arise.
